I personally love this book!

I have waited a long time, for someone to publish a book regarding Titanic's passengers and crew, and not just a basic list on the inside cover, or back cover of Titanic Books!

If you are looking to find a relative or someone who may have been on Titanic, this is the book you are looking for! The book not only gives the names of passengers and crew, but their ages (in most cases); where they lived; where they boarded; (their position as a crew member) or as a passenger and their class; whether they survived, or were lost, and more!

***This book is a must-have for Titanic enthusiasts!***

I endorse this book, and recommend it highly!

About Us

LORDLINE was established in 1996, in the early days we were mainly selling books at local fairs and various events such as the annual Hull International Sea Shanty Festival, we also started selling items on eBay shortly afterwards. With our eBay sales and local events we have built up an excellent client base with many regular customers not only locally but across the world.

Over the recent years we have built up a massive private collection of original photographs, photographic images, prints, glass slides, magic lantern slides, 35mm slides and old negatives.

The aim of our new website is make available our collection of images of Hull to both the general public and commercial clients such as hotels, interior designers and public houses for example.

Over the coming months we intend to add to the website on a regular basis. Listed below is a small selection of the subject matters which our images cover:

Hull Street Scenes, Holy Trinity / Market Place, Anlaby Road, Beverley Road, Hessle Road, Holderness Road, Various Towns and Villages; Anlaby, Beverley, Bridlington, Brough, Cottingham, Elloughton, Goole, Hedon, Hornsea, Hotham, Patrington, South Cave, Scarborough, Spurn Point and Withernsea. We also have various views of old public buildings and commercial businesses which have long since gone, including a fine selection of old Hull Brewery Public Houses.

Having lived down Subway Street, Hessle Road in the late 1960's, this gave me a passion for the Fish Docks and the Fishing Industry in general, often going down to the busy docks as a small child watching the Trawlers come and go. Those were great days which sadly will never be repeated again. I guess this is the main reason why I started collecting images of the Trawlers and the docks.

Because of this we now have thousands of images of the Hull and Grimsby Trawler Fleet plus Trawlers from other Ports like Fleetwood and Lowestoft for example. Also images of Hull Fish Dock, St. Andrews Dock, Alexandra Dock, King George Dock, Princes Dock, Humber Dock, and The Hull Pier We also have many Merchant Vessels including Wilson Line, Tugs, Barges and general busy scenes of the day.

Our Transport section is also well covered with many images of Hull Buses, Railway Stations and Steam Engines, Aviation and Commercial Transport.

Hopefully this will give you an indication of our collection and we welcome your feedback.
